Mel Getty, Acting Chair

Mel is one of the co-founders of the aurora project, she has been the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for 3 years.  Her role has recently changed to vice chair whilst a restructure of Board members and trustees is carried out, watch this space for future developments.

Mel’s experience and Involvement in Lambeth includes co-founding other Service user Led projects such as the weekend service.  Mel was part of the Lambeth Service User Council for five years and thrives in supporting others after having personal experience of treatment herself.

Paul Lennon, Director
Paul is a founder of the project and is a trustee of Aurora Project.
Paul has been a resident of Lambeth for over 15 years, he has a keen interest in addictions treatment services. Paul has represented service users both in the borough of Lambeth and also at a national level at Public Health England.
Paul doesn’t see those that use these services as being outside our local communities, but believes that they are a vital part of them and hopes that Aurora can work with our volunteers & service users in a way that helps our community see the hard work and effort that goes into an individuals recovery.
Aurora Project Lambeth is a service developed, delivered and centred around the service user experience in Lambeth.
